Dan: Friday 6 March

Today's WOD was a killer: Barbra

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
Rest precisely 
three minutes between each round.

I made it through each round, which was a minor miracle.  My times were:
Round 1: 7:40
Round 2: Didn't get time
Round 3: 9:10
Round 4: 9:15
Round 5: 8:30

My last round was actually faster than the previous two.  I think there are a few reasons for this.  First, I finally figured out how to "kip" on pull ups.  This really helped me cut down the time.  Also, there was a guy in the gym, who would go unnamed, telling jokes that were so funny I couldn't get my pull ups in.
