Welcome Back to Crossfit, Alison

WOD: For time 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

KettleBell Alternating Shoulder Press
Wallball Subs
Box Jump
Pull-Ups
Deadlift 135lbs

Used 20 lb KBs for the Shoulder Presses. I did them ok, but really struggle with my left arm. I have little control over it and it is not as strong as righty. I hope doing things like tis improves it. Did the Wallball Subs with 20 lbs as well. Used the 24 inch box and the blue band for all the Pull-ups. I did both of those pretty well. Did 115 lbs for the Deadlift and didn't have any problems. My time was 29:20.
