Good Day for Lifting

The WOD yesterday was great because it involved lifting and I enjoy lifting.

Friday, 26 June

WOD: AMRAP in 20 Minutes of:

95/65lbs Thruster 5 reps
95/65lbs Hang Powercleans 7 reps
95/65lbs Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 10 reps

I used 65 lbs and completed all movements pretty well I think. I also kind of really hate SDLHP. I don't know why. I just don't like them. I suppose I will have to get over it, though, since we're doing Fight Gone Bad today. Anyway, I completed 6 rounds and was on the SDLHP of my 7th round when time was called. I finished it for good measure. Then we did planks and other various ab exercises, because, you know, the WOD just wasn't enough (sarcasm). Who's crazy? We are.
