Tabata Something Else

Because is was ridiculously hot yesterday, we stayed inside the gym for the WOD. This meant no running, which is always a good WOD in my book. It went a little something like this:

Monday, 10 August

WOD: Tabata Something Else

Pull-ups
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Squats

8 rounds of each, working for 20 seconds and resting for 10. Resting position for Squats is squatting.

This was not a bad workout. I did Jumping Pull-Ups and managed to do at least 6 a round. For Push-Ups, I did between 8 and 10, shooting for 10 every time. Sit-Ups were good and I did at least 10 each time, but sometimes more. Squats were a bit rough since the resting position was the Squat position. Overall it was a great WOD.

Then we did abs just for kicks.
