New and Improved Fran

Yesterday's WOD was GREAT! I loved it, even if I do have a huge hangover from Fran today.

WOD:

Max Effort Front Squat

5x5x5x3x3x3

My previous Front Squat max is 115, attempted on 28 July. I did 125lbs this time. A good improvement.

I was worried about how I was going to do on Fran today because of the Squats beforehand. It turned out to be ok because I finished in 6:00, a 13 second improvement from my previous. I used 65lbs for the Thrusters. I had to use Ol' Blue still because my grip was failing me. It was a hard week. I am SO close to being able to do them all kipping though. Hopefully next time. I might be slower, but that doesn't matter.
