Sunday and Monday were just about unbearable for me because of Saturday, even after foam-rollering several times. I was hoping Monday would help work the muscle soreness out, but it just made it worse. Awesome.

I used 20# kb for the Marching Presses and the 20 in box for the Box Jump Burpees. As per usual I climbed the Net. This was a miserable workout. My goal was just go get through it. I finished in 54:17. Thanks Burpee Box Jumps. Mucho appreciado.
