No, Not the Beer

I am in New Castle, PA, hanging out with Grandpa B, watching a lot of football (yay!) and CNN (not so yay, although I do sort of enjoy listening to him yell at the tv). There is a lot of snow outside and not a lot of room inside to do any really exciting WOD, so I have had to improvise.

10 Rounds of:

30 Squats
20 Push-Ups
10 V-Ups

To be honest, I just took the "Hotel Room WOD" posted on CF Tyson's site and broke it up into rounds. My arms are still incredibly sore from Monday and I knew there was no way I was going to be able to crank out 200 Push-Ups straight. So I broke it up into more managable chunks. I had to do modified Push-Ups. The Squats and the V-Ups weren't bad. I finished in 21 minutes. Coolio.
