Frog Hops and Snatches

Saturday's and today's WODs were tough but in different ways.

Monday, 22 March


WOD:

1k Row
50 DB Snatches
750m Row
35 DB Snatches
500m
20 DB Snatches

Sub Run for Row if you want.

I ran a mile for the first row. For the Snatches, I used a 30lb DB. It went well with that weight. I had to row the rest because my back was just hurting too badly. I finished in 26:12. Then I felt like I was going to barf but I didn't, so that was good.

Saturday, 20 March


WOD: 4 Rounds for Time of:

50m Frog Hops
400m Run
50m Traveling Burpees
400m Run

This was not fun. It was really nice outside and a bit warm. It took me 51:34 to finish. Not my best but I finished it. This would have been much more fun:
