Today was a good WOD (in my opinion).

I used a 12lb Wall Ball and a 16kg KB. Both the Wall Balls and the Swings went well. The Wall Balls actually felt really good. The Box Jumps and Burpees went fine. I love this WOD because it is more deceptive than usual. You come in, look at the board, and are like "No prob." Then you get to 7 and wonder fi the WOD will ever end. Don't worry. It will. I finished in 18:13.
