OHS>Any Other CrossFit Movement

Yep. I love them. Today's WOD was going to be Nancy but since it was raining a lot, I decided to do another WOD that included OHS. Why? Because I love them.

WOD:


5 Rounds for Time of:

15 OHS
15 Burpees
15 Sit-Ups
1 Rope/Net Climb

I used 65lbs for the OHS. I love OHS because they are such a good totally body workout and really require the use of your core. The rest went fine and I finished in 28:34.
