Pull Ups!


Yesterday's WOD was rough but awesome!

Pull-Ups
Burpee Box Jumps
TGUs

My goal from now is to try to finish all my Pull-Ups without the band and I DID IT! I am so excited!! the Burpees Box Jumps weren't too bad and I used a 30lb KB for the TGUs. I finished in 36:01. I felt good after it. Exhausted, but good.
