Today's WOD was my pick and I thought it went alright.

20 KB Swings
20 Wall Balls
The Push Presses went fine. did the last three working sets of 5 reps at 105. Not my max but I really wanted to focus on form today.
The rest of the WOD went well. I ran and did the KTEs well. For the KB Swings with the 16kg KB and the 12lb bvall for the Wall Balls. I finished in 21:13.
