The past couple of days at CrossFit have been pretty rough for me.

WOD: For Completion
400m Run/500m Row
This was rough. I used 65lbs for both the OHS and SDLHP. I did Kipping Pull Ups and ran. This was not my best performance. I wanted the class to do it for completion so they could focus on their OHS form because it is one of the harder movements we do. The first few weeks of heat and humidity really take it out of me. Even at 7am it was hot and sticky. Ugh.

I started with a 16kg KB but quickly went down to 25lbs on this circuit because I knew I couldn't finish the WOD with the 16kg. For whatever reason I have not felt very well this last week and it really got to me on Saturday. It was still a good workout though.We haven't done KB Snatches in a long time. The active rest switched between KB Push Ups and Burpees. A good time was had by all.
