Mondays are always rough, no matter how you slice 'em. The WOD today was rough, especially since I forgot my leg warmers.

50m Lunge (1 at the beginning of every round)
My shoulder is still bothering me, so I did the first round of Pull-Ups with no band and the the rest with Ol' Blue. The Sit-Ups and Lunges were ok. I finished in 20:14. My arms are still cooked from Friday, but this was a good way to ease into the week. We finished with Tabata V-Ups. Everyone loves those. Or not.
