This week has been tough. I have had to scale everything so my wrist can hold the weight. I feel like I just started CrossFit! I can't hold heavy KettleBells, do Pull-Ups without Thin Mint, or do more than a couple true Push-Ups!! ARGGGG! That is ok. I know I have to be patient so it can heal and it is feeling better. I just hate feeling like I am dogging things because of it.
My lifting isn't anywhere close to what it could be and that is ok for now. I am just hanging in there until the wrist gets back to normal. I hope it is soon!
In other news, using Thin Mint makes Pull-Ups super easy!
